About Michael Pilling

One of Northern Ontario’s hardest working appraisers, Michael has resided in Thunder Bay since 2010, and became a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2017. Since then has completed thousands of appraisals in communities all across North West Ontario. Working throughout his candidacy with Steele and Associates, a leading appraisal firm that spans all of Northern Ontario, Michael became a trusted valuation expert for major banks, mortgage brokers, litigation lawyers, and property owners.

Educated in Economics at the University of Toronto, Michael brings a sharp analytical toolkit, a high degree of professionalism and friendly customer service to all of his work. He has specialized in serving the larger and smaller communities of the northwest Ontario and provides regular service to communities and rural properties anywhere between White River and Longlac in the east and the Manitoba border to the west.
